Good management is more than keeping work moving. It means reading evidence, balancing priorities and helping people make progress together.
This Level 4 diploma develops that judgement across six connected subjects. You will examine operations, communication, finance, team leadership, academic research and the realities of working across borders.

Where Level 4 fits
Level 4 is at the same academic level as the first year of a UK bachelor’s degree. This diploma is a standalone qualification; universities decide how it may count towards their own courses.

What the record means
The diploma is listed on the Ofqual register. Its level describes academic demand; its credits describe qualification size. An employer or university decides how it recognises the award for a particular role or course.
Your additional CPD certificate
The course offer includes an extra CPD certificate. It is separate from the Level 4 diploma; ask the team what activity it recognises and which completion requirements apply.
Certificate information
Ask the course team about certification after successful completion and to show you an authorised example for this exact award. Check that its title and reference match this record.
The course is online and designed to be completed in up to one year. Your independent research and assessments still need protected time, so discuss the expected weekly commitment before enrolling.
